The City of Hemet (October 2022 to Present) Community Development Department – Housing Program Specialists Coordinate State funded housing rehabilitation programs. Process rehabilitation applications; prepare loan documents; inspect single-family and manufactured homes, prepare bid requests for rehabilitation work.
