Design, maintain and implement Master Schedules for all job sites as required.

Maintain and provide all reports as required by the Executive Management.

Ensure all electronic reports are transmitted to all the staff on a weekly basis as per branch and company requirements.

Assign new staff and reassigned staff according to site requirements and established procedures.

Ensure data relevant to employee lateness, illness, recommendations for disciplinary action, or positive feedback received, or inputted in the system and communicated to managers.

Establish and maintain effective liaison with the HR and Operations Department.

Ensure that all employee complaints are resolved as quickly as possible or referred to Operations Manager, HR, and Executive Management.

Accept temporary work from established Clients on behalf of the company and ensure that work orders are completed for all such work accepted.

Coordinate all temporary work as assigned.

Job Descriptions:

Handling a team of 10 customer care/dispatch agents.

Responsible for training and performance of the team members.

Preparing daily reports for the review of managers and senior manager security services.

Monitoring 250 live camera feeds on large screens installed on 15 different sites.

Monitoring 25 MSUs (Mobile Surveillance Units) with 200 cameras installed on 25 different remote sites in multiple provinces including Alberta, BC and Saskatchewan.

Ensure all (150+) Security Guards are checked in and out on time as per their schedules. Also ensure replacement of staff in case of a no show. Follow up with staff, client and RCMP in case of any emergency on site.

Receiving alarm calls from different Security Monitoring Stations and dispatching the mobile guards to visit the sites and handle the alarms. Reporting back to alarm monitoring stations with clearance.

Receiving Service Request calls and taking the details of the security services required. Forwarding details of the potential or existing clients to the sales department to mature deals to enhance business for the company.
