Field Supervisor

CCG Construction Communication Group – DE (October 2021 to February 2023)

Responsible for coordination, delegation, supervision, and quality control of onsite work including responsibility for performance and productivity of all aerial/underground construction crews.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to performing field inspections of cable/fiber/coax placement, splicing, and construction work. Assist in building out/upgrading the network's underground and aerial aspects. Conduct pre-survey of construction packages. Read and interpret CATV construction drawings and blueprints. Track daily production for crew and achieve schedule demands at all times. Evaluate crew member’s performance and provide coaching. Responsible for workforce compliance with all safety regulations including all OSHA requirements. Community Park Manager

White Horse Park Community Association –MD (February 2020 to September 2021)

Oversee the RV Community Park, which includes 465 lot owners. My responsibilities include supervising the maintenance crew, security team, and office staff, as well as overseeing the work of contractors, concessionaires, and vendors. I settle contracts, write budget reports, and establish goals and objectives to improve the park's common ground. Additionally, I oversee and maintain the park's main electric and plumbing infrastructure. I coordinate with the park's Environmental Control Committee and Worcester County building and zoning to ensure lot compliance with park Bylaws and Declarations. I manage budgetary expenses and give instructions on the procurement of equipment and materials. I oversee an operation that produces revenues to ensure appropriate and exact accounting of receipts. Lastly, I manage the ecosystem management plan of the park, ensuring that the natural, cultural, and historical resources are well protected.
