RESPONSIBILITY in Flyjac Logistics Pvt Ltd:

In bound Logistic activities

Handled different types of receipts like standard receipts (Internal stock transfer), direct receipts (Traded & Imported receipts).

Receipting Checking in Physical form compared with respective Invoices after inspection, updating into Oracle apps.

Put away activities includes physical storage of materials into racks and mapping it into system

Out bound Logistics Activities.

Sales Order Processing using Order Organizer module of Oracle.

Sales orders entered from GE regions in Oracle will be processed and Pick released (make pick list) for physically picking from warehouse.

After physical picking and secondary packing, confirmed quantities will be entered into oracle for ship confirmation.

For Modvat billing all respective matching will be done with receipts.

Generation of excise Invoice.

Co-ordination with transporters, documentation, POD etc.

Liaison activities with regions for proper order fulfillment and priority

Direct reporting to General Manager (Logistics) with respect to billing (daily target), distribution process with all types of reports

Co-ordination with client regions about the distribution and Delivery status

Shipment confirmation and allied activities.

Inventory control after the fiscal month closing.
