Develop comprehensive operation and maintenance plans for the PMB storage tank facility, taking into account safety protocols, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Identify and prioritize maintenance tasks and operational requirements to ensure the smooth functioning of the facility.

Create schedules and allocate resources effectively to optimize operational efficiency.

Facility Management:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the PMB storage tank facility, including all equipment, systems, and processes involved.

Monitor tank levels, temperature control, and ensure proper storage conditions for PMB.

Regularly inspect the facility and its components to identify and address any potential issues or deviations from operating standards.

Maintenance Activities:

Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance of the PMB storage tank and associated equipment.

Develop maintenance schedules based on manufacturer recommendations, industry best practices, and equipment performance data.

Conduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance needs and ensure the facility remains in optimal working condition.

Coordinate repairs and replacements promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions in operations.

Maintain records of maintenance activities, including work orders, maintenance logs, and documentation of repairs or replacements.

Preventive, Predictive, Breakdown Repair and Maintenance- Machinery & Vehicle

Planning and Execution of the maintenance, repair and overhaul for machinery & vehicle as a Plant Manager.

Managing Breakdown and Day to day repair of PMV workshop as well as site equipment.

Coordinate with dealers to ensure effective measure will provide pursuance to periodically technical variation in equipment.

Established Workshop and Site support team with maximum in-house repairing facility like the radiator-evaporator repair shop, Fabrication workshop, Tyre repair shop, A/c & Electrical workshop and Hydraulics, Engine & Gearbox overhaul shop etc.

Review the preventive maintenance – actual vs. schedule.

Breakdown Analysis and Report

Identifying the root cause of failures and implementing quick breakdown solutions to put the machines back in operation within minimum turnaround time.

Analysing the key cause behind breakdown and implementing a preventive action plan to ensure avoid repeating similar problems.

Review fleet availability of all the fleets for operation and workshop on a daily basis and allocating repairing jobs accordingly.

Ensuring maximum manpower utilization through task cards to achieve operational efficiency.

Monitor the quality of repairs carried out in-house & out-sourced.

Review & analyse the profit & loss statements of each fleet & report the deviations / variance to budget & abnormal expenses.

Review the vehicle passing backlog report & coordinate with all departments for expediting the activity.

Dealing with all matters related to mechanical division requiring prompt decision Making

Monthly Inspection Repair/Plan

Once in a month entire vehicle, equipment and machinery being check-up to find any existing problem and repair accordingly to enhance the equipment performance and avoid any unexpected breakdown which might cause of delay the projects.

Organizing the meeting on weekly/monthly basis along-with project manager, all site in-charge and sr. executives to improve and making the convenient process for using plant and equipment at the required site/place and make sure no machinery is using by the wrong manner or that is left unused at the site.

Procurement / Spare Management

Keeping all the running spares in stock for quick repair of any vehicle/machinery.

Making quality and price comparison statement before buying any major parts/equipment.

Importing the parts/machinery from Dubai, India, China, USA, UK, Italy, and Germany as per requirements.

Excellent skill for terms & conditions, price negotiation with the supplier during buying any equipment/parts.

Audit & report on the store inventory stock management it’s stocking levels, quality of spares & its conformation to company policy.

Local & international interaction with suppliers, new technology, design and overall supervision activities.

Successfully completed 04 nos. of concrete batching plant full refurbishment and modification within 70 days.

Successfully converted Batching Plant capacity from 80 m3 to 120 m3 and single chute to double chute system.

Successfully faced LRQA & Dubai Municipality Audit of Workshop, Batching Plant, Fleet and Production Dept. Worked as a team member to complete (workshop and plant) store mechanical inventory as per UNSPSC classification and categorization for spare parts.
