I have been blessed with many medical specialties and skills over the past 5 years that I have been a LPN. I was employed at a chiropractic/family medicine office for a few months, I was employed at a Urologist Specialist office for just short of a year, and I’ve also been employed at a Pain Management Clinic (x2) for a total of almost 3 years combined. I’ve also had some experience in a nursing home setting as the unit med cart nurse. I have a very open mind and will try anything once so i am able to continue to be proficient in any job I may be placed in at a future time. Thank you. Have a blessed day.

Medical assistant/LPN

Elite Pain Center - Jesup, GA

September 2018 to December 2021

My most recent job, I was employed at Elite Pain Center under Dr.Patrick Karl. I was hired on as a Medical Assistant/Receptionist and LPN with this facility and stayed at this location for almost 2 years. I helped with all procedures that are done in office, see follow up patients/new patients, put patient information into patient charts using EHR (MEDITOUCH) system, schedule patients, educate patients of new medications being prescribed or procedures that are going to be done as well as if oral/iv sedation was being used and make sure blood thinner clearances/prior-authorizations/pre-certifications have been completed, stock/inventory, send referrals for patients, perform UDS drug screens and DNA buccal swabs, assist with iv sedation and spinal cord stimulator trials as needed, eyc. I truly think being a nurse is my calling (for lack of better words)I always strived to put my patient's first and trying to do all I am able to help my patient have the best quality of life. I enjoy my job very much and love the people that was previously employed by, but I am in search of a place of employment where I am able to grow as a nurse and gain experience in different types of nursing care, but sadly I could not do these things withing this facility due to no openness for growth. With that being said, I am actively looking for a new place of employment as a LPN and can start as soon as possible. LPN
