• Tracking all clinical licenses, ensuring online database and corporate spreadsheets were updated as well as keeping a hard copy in my office.

• Obtaining all identification, following up on background checks and pre/post drug tests.

• Onboarding all new hire employees, coordinating their first day, clearance, new hire paperwork, drug test that I performed and following up on new hire paperwork completion as well as new hire training.
