PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: -

• Currently working as a Fire Officer in Embassy Park Pvt.Ltd on Behalf of TCFM. Duration: December-2020 to till date.

• Worked as Fire Safety Supervisor in Galaxy business park on Behalf of Impression. Duration: December-2019 to November-2020.

• Worked as Fireman in Galaxy Square Pvt.Ltd (DLF) Duration: May-2016 to November-2019.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: -

Maintain all fire alarm and detection system like a PA, hooter, MCP, Speaker, detector, water flow switch etc.

Maintenance of all Fire equipments installed at site.

Regular basic training of Fire & Safety to all site staff.

Conducting Mock Drills & Evacuation Drills of all vendor team & employee.

Conducts Safety induction for the new workers as well as employees also imparting training on Fire Fighting, First aid, duties during emergency and other related trainings to Workers.

Knowledge of work Permit procedure.

Regularly checking the various work permits at site.

Carried out Maintenance & Testing of Fire & Safety equipments as per schedule and keeping up of records.

Maintaining documents related Fire safety log book,Checklist,Training Calendar etc..

Testing and maintaining of all type of Fire Fighting equipments (Active and Passive Fire Protection System) like Sprinkler systems, Hydrant system, Heat and Smoke detection system, Fire Extinguishers, Pressurization Fan, Smoke Exhaust Fan, Fire Door, Fire Damper system, Fire pumps,SCBA etc.

Knowledge of First aid procedure.

Knowledge of ISO 9001,14001,45001 (OHSAS)

Testing of all access gates will release in case of fire.

Weekly testing of PA & Fire Alarm system.

Carried out Fire safety inspection of tenants occupied area as per schedule.

Looking into the problems if any complaints are referred.

I have good of fire safety activity on both sites, residential and commercial property.

ERT/QRT handling for any emergency response like Fire Earthquake LPG/PNG Collapse of building structure.

Conducted fire safety Audit by Internal and External Audit.
