Manage current production programs built in Lansing and new MY22 Blackwing program by leading the SDT team through scope changes, engineering changes, and effective execution of the PLUS process and launch performance

Manage take over business awarded for new commodity of two programs July 2017. One program was current production the other SOP was Dec 2017
Production line was moved to Webasto, set up and running in five weeks. Shipping saleable product in 8 weeks.
Second takeover program launched on time passing run @ rate Dec 22, 2017, full PPAP March 28, 2018
Facilitated daily meetings with customer and internal cross functional team maintaining all time lines, action plans, costs and ensuring product exceeds customer expectations in a timely, cost effective manner.
Managing all aspects of both programs including part availability from supply base, all change notices including initial release, service releases, engineering changes for implementing Webasto standards, continuous improvement, and supply base feedback

Supplier Quality Engineer, Webasto-Edscha Cabrio August 2011- December 2014
Lead Supplier Quality Engineer in launch of the two newest programs by managing all supplier quality tasks from hosting and creating supplier design reviews and PPAP processes, ensuring feasibility and capability of suppliers, ensuring gage designs meet all critical characteristics, performing APQP activities from prototype through PPAP (AIAG Standards), SOP, and assisting in creating and performing Launch Readiness Reviews and Process
Manage the performance of the supply base through all phases of a product life by ensuring suppliers meet the requirements set forth in the Supplier Quality Manual, ensuring suppliers meet PPAP timing and requirements, ensuring suppliers are allowing us to meet customer requirements and assisting in prevention
Completing accurate supplier quality audits (VDA 6.3 Lead Auditor 2013) for potential and current production suppliers reviewing all process flows, critiquing quality documents such as FMEA and Control Plans
Properly and punctually maintain all systems including SAP, Mini-PLM, EBP, and Ensemble as it relates to Purchasing activities and training team members on applications.
Perform problem solving and root cause analysis with suppliers, internal quality and manufacturing teams on all supplier related issues, developing and reviewing 8Ds for customers and suppliers, monitoring and tracking corrective actions to diminish repeat issues
