As an Environmental Construction and Reclamation Manager, I naturally connect with people, build relationships and create trust – ultimately, delivering the best product for customers. My defining skills include my motivation, driven by adaptability to try new careers. In land reclamation, multiple skills and training in soils and ecosystems are readily transferable. I have mine reclamation experience in addition to many surface mineral pit reclamation. Process is another asset for me to build value to the company. I am aware of the importance of adherence to regulations. I believe in safety as a culture and take part in safe working. My experience provides me the unique ability to spot worksite strengths and integrate different perspectives quickly, which mostly produces remarkable results.
