My primary goal was to oversee the completion of construction of two job sites. Both jobs consisted of interior and exterior renovations of apartment buildings in Los Angeles, CA. I supervised both projects in the handling of all paperwork, and meetings. I conducted and scheduled all meetings with City officials, special inspections, safety, and staff which included subcontractors, and contractors. Project Superintendent April 2016 to July 2016
My primary responsibility was to complete the construction of a six over two commercial building in Downtown San Diego. I managed in-house concrete workers and supervised all wood and metal framing production. I maintained all construction scheduling including sub-contractors. Conducted and scheduled all meetings with City officials, special inspections, and staff which included subcontractors, contractors, owners, and civil and structural engineers.

Project Superintendent July 2013 to April 2016
Duties included overseeing a $40 million dollar apartment complex project that included nine 3-story buildings and clubhouse. The project required the construction of a half mile paved road for access. I began this project from the ground up, including construction of slab on grade. I was responsible to ensure all blue prints and structural plans were followed to ensure project passed all inspections from Federal, State, OSHA and any 3rd party inspectors. Project also included the construction of the pool/spa and cabana area, gym, and leasing office. I supervised the following job site locations: Fiore Tract in Santa Rosa, and Vordant Tract in Fairfield, CA.

Walked project and prepared production pick up lists. I also delivered certificate of occupancy to the owners. My duty was to manage all on & off-site construction for a 10 million dollar project with 50 units on a mixed use 3 story slab-on-grade apartment building.
