My name is Russell Dominguez a Midland, TX native. I have probably close to 20 years of Oilfield Experience. Here's a very brief summary of some of that experience. 12 plus years of experience out on Drilling Rig's all-over West Texas and South Eastern New Mexico. I started from working Lead Tong's up to a Driller. I have worked on mostly Triple's and as of recent Super Single's and one Double, everything from Earth Pit Set Ups to Steel Pit Set Ups (Derrick Experience in both) and Duplex/Triplex Pump's. Able to run any rig that has a brake handle and clutch and keep it turning to the right. Experienced in supervising a drilling crew and meeting Company Man's expectations of operations. Knowledgeable of downhole formations and how to mix the mud to the appropriate viscosity, weight, and water loss levels to drill out the formations most effectively while ensuring drilling fluid circulation. Also knowledgeable of how to personally tear apart a pump to trouble shoot problems and replace what needs to get the pump back to working properly. Can also trouble shoot diesel motors that power the pump's as well as electricity on the rig. I also have 5 plus years of Water Transfer experience. Rig Up/Down, Operate/Manage water flow from two different line's, one about 6 miles long the other close to 10 miles long having to make calculations of how to adjust all the pumps in coordination to the Company Man's rates of barrels per minute for each line going into the transfer tank. Personally adjusted 5 pumps single handedly, 6 pump's total to a transfer tank where I was centered at receiving from the freshwater pit and had 5 pumps on a produced line pumping to my tank, where I had a 600 pumping from the transfer tank to another pump that pumped to 10 frac tanks, that had a pump to transfer the water to the 6 tanks on location. Also have been on Flowback sites managing the water levels received and transferring the water from the 10 Frac tanks to two Minion's (50,000-barrel capacity caged inflatable) and then from the Minion's to the designated location at the water plant in coordination with facility operators. Recently worked for Pason Systems installing and repairing oilfield instrumentation on Drilling Rigs all over Texas. Also worked at Johnson Specialty Tools where I would drive to Drilling Rig locations all over Texas and Southeast New Mexico to deliver or service rental equipment. Such as Super Vacs, Premix Tanks, Diesel Transfer Pumps (4x4, 6x8), Pressure Washers, Shaker Washers, Mud Buckets, Flair Lines. Also worked at TechnipFMC as a Lead Inspector where I inspected and repaired every piece of a Blow Out Preventer (Frac Tree) before it was assembled. Currently working as an Oilfield Mechanic at OGF Manufacturing where I completely tear down, inspect, quote, rebuild and paint Gardner Denver, ST9 and SPM Power Ends to 2500hp Frac Pump's. Have my own tools as well.
I believe in following safety procedure's first and foremost. I am looking to contribute my knowledge to a Company that takes pride in their job and its employees. Somewhere I can advance in position and hopefully settle into long term and finish my career and retire with.
