Role: Plan orders and schedule dispatches based on contractual delivery dates & production leads times, verify the availability of FG & Raw material stock, Provide the order schedule for production & Quality departments, Checking the production Drawing & BOM, Arrange work order for manufacturing items, coordinate to receive customer supplied items for assembly, conduct daily meetings to keep track of production status, identify delays and accordingly adjust the production schedules to meet deadlines, Responsible for all post order related documentation work, Responsible for coordinate the man power for production against work order and produce on time delivery with quality, coordinate with maintenance team to solving the issues of machines fault during on production time, analyzing and notify the material handling techniques of assembly operators, maintaining the all production related documents for auditing purpose, Taking cycle time calculation for each and every assembled parts of the project and keep the records for calculating the production timing.

Assembled PCB Boards for Autocone processors in Spinning mills.

Description: This Autocone winder is used for the purpose of yarn winding from large size of cops to small size of cops. If the filled cops are moved automatically from the position, the empty cops filled on that position and to start the process. Emergency Stop, Cut, Reverse process also done through this ACP machine used in Textile industry.

Role: Electronic Components are assembled in different types of PCB boards by soldering and functional level testing of PCB boards. Involved in hardware trouble shooting and servicing the PCB boards.

Assembled Yarn Breaking Sensors for LED indication during yarn breakage.

Description: This Automated yarn Breaking System is used to indicate the yarn breakages during the spindles are in running condition.The need for LED indication is to reduce the count of labor and to save the searching time of spindles yarn breakage.This process is used in textile industry.

Role: YBS product assembly, Functional testing, Burn testing of these assembled product given by the procedure. Interface boards trouble Shooting, Electrical Panel assembly, Involved in Development of test Jig for this product and Cable continuity test Jig.

Assembled Roving Stop Motion for stop the process of yarn winding during yarn breakage.

Description: This Automated Roving Stop Motion system is used to stop the yarn Winding process during yarn breakage of spindles are in running condition. The need for Stopping the yarn winding is to avoid the yarn wastages during yarn breakage and to Reduce the count of labor. This process is used in textile industry.

Role: RSM product assembly, Manual Checking and Functional testing as per the procedure. Interface PCB boards trouble Shooting, Electrical Panel assembly, Involved in the Development of test Jig for this product and Cable continuity test Jig. Review the assembled products.

R&D - Standard Sheets Preparation.

Description: Standard Sheets preparation is useful to knowing the item code & item name,manufacturer part number, expansion of part number, manufacturer name, Brand name, Component image, dimensions of the image, and other technical details of the component. So, the standard sheets are needed for the projects involved by using the Electrical and Electronics components .

Role: Searching and Analyzing the informations of the item, According to collected data created the standard sheet, Technical details like Manufacturer part no, manufacturer name, make, picture, dimensions, colour, type, Raw material, supplies, circuits, Amps, Voltages, etc.., Review the prepared standard sheets and get approval from higher authorities.
