Responsible for maintaining a transparent relationship between local financial institutions and Developers/Contactors to ensure bank assets are secure on construction projects, provide detailed on-site project inspection to include Construction Loans and Tax Credit projects, provide detailed reports to financial institution’s on project status and accuracy of monies on A1A Payment Applications submitted by Contractor’s, Ensure Tax Credit Projects are within state and national regulations with code requirements, conduct writing and reviews of Plan and Cost Reviews (PCR) to ensure accuracy of planned projects for financial institutions.
