Assistant Manager Circle K
• Promoted to Assistant Manager 3 months
after starting in March 2021.
• Involved in opening a new store in
Tombstone with 21 staff members. The store
soon and currently is the @1 store in sales in
Cochise County.
• Helped Store Manager in the everyday
business needs of the store: ordering supplies,
supervising the employees on duty, follow up
on duties assigned, etc.
• Made sure every customer had the best
customer service experience they could
receive from the Staff and Management.

• Worked and gave care to a client who
sustained brain injury from a car accident.
• Worked the weekend overnight shift from
2pm to 6am Saturday thru Monday morning.
• Administered medications to client at times
coordinated with medication log and signed
log as medication was dispensed.
• Prepared client’s meals and cleaned clients'
house for the next relief shift.

referral activities to assist eligible clients to

programs for which they may be eligible.
• Prepare client documentation for the
housing application screening process which
is HOPWA or STRMU referred to the Housing
Authority of Cochise County.

Night Auditor I Copper Queen Hotel
• Worked the Third Shift (10pm to 6am) and
was the only employee on the property until
the morning shift came in at 6am. Checked
guests in and out of the hotel as well as any
late arrivals.
• Took care of any guests' requests if needed
during the night.
• Patrolled the entire property inside on every
floor as well as the outside perimeter to be
sure guests were safe and secure while they
were retired to their rooms.
• Balanced all tills at the beginning and end of
shifts for all cash areas of the hotel. Also
balanced the hotel safe before the end of
day at 3am.
• After cash was balanced and reports were
run in the computer system, the end of day
was performed at 3am for a clean slate for
the new business day.
• Prepared guest check out slips and reports
for the new business day so the morning shift
could perform the guests departure.
JANUARY 2015 – JUNE 2015
Crisis Mobile Evaluator I Community Bridges, INC.
• Worked the 7pm to 7am shift four days a
week to assist patients in need after they
called the Nursewise Crisis Hotline.
• The calls were dispatched to the Crisis
Evaluator because of drug, alcohol, mental
illness, or overdose/suicide attempts and
then would drive to the patients residence,
emergency room, or whereveer the patient
was having their crisis and need of
assistance.
• Evaluate patients to determine if they were in
need of a Level One placement in a
Psychiatric Health Facility for stabilization or
to be released back to the community.
When released back to the community,
Evaluator would set up a first encounter with
a behavioral health agency for patients to
start services.
• Communicated with Nursewise after the
patient's determination was complete as well
as with the On-Call Supervisor.
• Input paperwork into Claimtrack (ASAM, Dx,
DTO/DTS determination, referral, etc.).
May 2014 – JANUARY 2015
Site Manager/BHT I Caring Connections for Special
Needs, LLC.
• Supervised an Outpatient/Respite agency
where the clientele are children in the
behavioral health system from the ages of 5
through 17. The children are referred through
the intake agencies for respite treatment and
skills group learning.
• Managed 10 Mentors who performed the
daily tasks of assisting families and the clients
with in-home support as well as respite
outings.
• Answered any questions the Mentors may
have regarding behaviors that the Mentor
did not have the or credentialing to perform
if they were a BHPP.
• Case managed the various cases with the
Mentors to be sure the client’s were
accurately receiving the care and support
they require for their IOP.
• Made the weekly work schedule for the
Mentors as well as the activity schedule for
the client’s. Processed payroll on a weekly
basis.
• Interviewed potential candidates and
finalized the decision for job positions.
• Coached staff with updates of any new
policies and procedures implemented by
Cenpatico as well as the continued learning
the Mentors need for the credentialing.
