Job Description

The Program Manager is responsible for coordination and management of the daily operations of the overall services. The two priority areas of responsibility include ensuring orientation and ongoing training of staff and ensuring all aspects of the program are developed, implemented, coordinated, and monitored to the highest degree possible. The program manager should have direct communication and access to the program director.

In this role you will manage services and supports for 50 individuals with disabilities, provide staff supervision & training, program development, licensing compliance and day to day oversight of programming.
