I manage the daily/weekly production (kitting) needs that accommodates Charter/Spectrum, Motorola, and other telecommunications and video customers. Moreover, I acted as a liaison for the organization in their material movement/logistics department. Part of my responsibility was to ship out products based on a FIFO methodology. I would also work with UPS, FED EX and other independent carriers and movers in making sure that our product was moving at the pace in which it was designed.
