• Performed all Scrum events for one of Sabre’s mainframe offloading programs: sprint kickoff, sprint planning, daily scrum meeting, sprint review and sprint retrospective.

• End-to-end project manager working with onshore and offshore team developing software for one of SITA’s next generation applications. This application was being developed as part of a mainframe offloading program. Functioning as both technical project manager as well as customer delivery project manager.
• Worked with internal and external senior management to ensure clear development and delivery targets and creating clear KPIs.
• Achieved certification of new products GUI on multiple common use platforms used at airports worldwide in hundreds of locations.

• Customer facing delivery project manager for full passenger service’s solutions and applications for both new airlines to the industry and existing airlines migrating multiple applications from one provider to another with minimal service interruption using a waterfall methodology as well as agile (Scrum)
• Created project plans, determined resource, both onshore and offshore, and budgetary requirements.
• Submitted project information to bid sales team for use in contract negotiations based on scope outlined in a Request for Proposal (RFP).
• Program manager for two of the solution lines largest customers. Responsible for all artifacts including project plans, communication management and governance plans, etc.
