October 1993-May 1995 Executive Chef – Red Sage – Washington DC Responsible for menu development, food purchasing and hiring entire kitchen staff. Trained and developed new Chefs to accomplish excellence in our culinary food. Hosted events for politicians, business entrepreneurs and patrons. Held, developed the menu for the Inauguration dinner for President Bill Clinton and his private guests.
