oExplosion Proof Interior Building. Design at interior building for house toluene for cleaning coating head dies and storage. Total project cost was approximately $300K with 2-year payback. Used Solidworks & AutoCad to design system.
oEditing Converting Equipment. Project management and coordination between Avery and vendor to fabricate and installed Roll Editing equipment. Total project cost was approximately $900k, with 3-year payback. Used Solidworks & AutoCad to design system.

Planning and designing of Pipe Straighteners and Hydrotester for the Steel Tubular Industry.

oBaoshan Iron & Steel Company, Shanghai, Peoples Republic of China. Project management and coordination between FivesBronx and Baosteel Company to fabricate and install an 180mm Hydrotester for seamless pipe. Coordinate personnel (e.g. other project engineers, technicians, contractors etc) to ensure the project’s objectives are satisfied. Total project cost was approximately $2M. Used AutoCad.
oV&M Two, Youngstown, Ohio. Assisted project manager in the project management and coordination between FivesBronx and V&M Two Company to fabricate and install the following equipment: Three (3) Pipe Straighteners, one (1) Hydrotester, one (1) End Facer, and one (1) Drifter unit. Used AutoCad.
oIPSCO, Wilder, Kentucky. Assisted in the commissioning of an End Facer. The end facing of a pipe consists of an API thirty and/or sixty-degree bevel edge of the pipe. This bevel edge is where two pipes are welded. The End Facer equipment is critical in the finishing of API standard piping for the Oil and Gas Industry. Used AutoCad.

oSix Sigma Green Belt Project – Rotary Hole Punching Equipment. Project management and coordination between MACtac Operation and vendor to develop, accept, and install a rotary die-punching machine for vinyl material. Total project cost was approximately $200k, with 1-year payback. Used AutoCad.
oSix Sigma Green Belt Project - Conveyor System. Worked with conveyor vendors to design and fabricate a conveyor system to transport uncontrolled reams of paper, which supports the top-end output of a sheeter at 975 fpm. Total project cost was approximately $200k, with 1.5-year payback. Used AutoCad.
oGS Hot Melt Coating Line. Project management and coordination between MACtac Operation and vendor to develop, accept, and install a hot melt coating line with finished slitting capabilities. The line was designed to run double-sided silicone material on a hot melt extruding line. Total project cost was approximately $450K, with a 1-year payback. Used AutoCad.
oUpgrade/Relocation/Startup of coating line in Mexico including designing alter web pass to improve the capacity for running emulsion material on a hot melt coating line. Coordination with Mexican Contractor regarding the disassembly of equipment at MACtac, Stow and the installation/startup of the coating line at MACtac, Mexico. Total project cost was approximately $300k, with a 3-month payback. Used AutoCad.
oRemoisturization of web pass including purchasing and installing steam foil, chillier unit, chill rolls, load cells, and all mounting brackets. Coordination of contractors and MACtac Maintenance Department to ensure project completion. Total project cost was approximately $300k. Used AutoCad.
