As owner /operator of STREET PEDALERS for five years, I learned the value of customer satisfaction, icebreaker techniques, establishing customer rapport, and record keeping. As owner of our city’s premiere mobile billboard advertising company, I learned to multitask and be constantly aware of ever-changing surroundings. It was something I picked up as a U.S. Marine, where I learned how to “Adapt and Overcome” which is a hallmark of the Corps. While I served from 1981 to 1985, I still carry the lessons and skills learned with me. I am a charter core member of Sleep In Heavenly Peace, LLC where teamwork is an integral part of our success.
