It is important to note that this test is based on self report and should be regarded as self-biased, yet its application can be used to shine a light on traits one may not be aware of having themselves.

●Provided patient care in terms of bathing, changing, feeding, transportation within the facility, etc.
●Administered medication by way of the oral and nasal cavities as well as topically.

Along with being on the Pre-Med track, I majored in Biology and double-minored in Neuroscience and Psychology. Biology taught me about the “what” or the basics in terms of levels of organisms. Neuroscience was centered on the “where” or the mechanical organization of the human brain, while psychology focused on the “why” while discussing human behavior and characteristics specifically.

During the junior and senior years of high school, I was enrolled in a running start program which enabled me to take college level courses pertaining to the medical field. There, I was certified in adult and pediatric CPR/AED (currently not up-to-date), taught how to conduct patient care: bedside manner, charting, taking basic vitals, etc., as well as how to be culturally aware and sensitive to different patient backgrounds and practices which concern their medical health.
