In-service-Inspector-2023 Turnaround (Canada)
Visually inspected various wear tiles in Surge bins & pump boxes; made up of AR300, AR400 AR450, Domite, and T171 materials for severe wear, spalls, cracks or evidence for erosion
• Carried out in service inspection pressure piping such as rubber lined, CWI lined, CCO lined and
bare surfaces and assessed the condition as per API 571 damage mechanisms.
• Monitored valve replacement and conducted valve inspection as required.
• Visually verified the pop test results on PSV’s and carried out PSV installation at different locations as per the CNRL standard.
Carried out corrosion rate and remaining life calculations to determine the integrity of in-service pressure piping.
Carried out external in-service inspection accompanied by the NDE techs on pressure equipment’s such as Air Dryer, Air Receiver and API 650 water tanks and prepared reports as per CNRL standard.

• Provide specialist support on topsides pressure systems and marine inspection activities ensuring industry standards and best practice are applied appropriately.
• Execution — ensure all inspection reports are fully reviewed for accuracy and clarity and track progress of inspections against plan. Carry out when required visual inspection of pressure equipment and structural items and ensure prompt notification of Onshore Integrity Team of any significant integrity concerns resulting from inspections.
• Manage the offshore planning, coordination, execution and supervision of asset integrity inspections and remedial work.
• Coordination — act as a point of contact and liaison between offshore operations, Inspection Teams, FM Team and Onshore integrity
