Provided technical management and leadership in building a near real-time process to handle all shipping orders for a multinational food, snack, and beverage corporation, rescuing a troubled project by delivering the first incremental release that added $70M to the bottom line and covers one-fourth of the items.

Dramatically improved processing speed at a large client, utilizing duals between matrix and graph representations of Markov models ranging from 20K nodes to 1000K nodes to decrease computation times on 5M tests per night, by a factor greater than 10000 for statistical reliability models.
