Hi I’m Tony I work in maintenance I work at Human good been here for about 2 in a half years. came in as janitor and in 30 days got promoted to maintenance 1. Do turn overs. Do upkeep. As doing turn overs doing both janitor side and maintenance side I do work order’s submit work orders in to onesite cleaning replace faucet’s toilets outlets etc. I also worked at mind body before as Workplace Specialist Mindbody February 2015 to 2020 • Completed custodial rounds, including sweeping and vacuuming, glass cleaning, mopping solid surfaces with proper chemical solutions and trash collection. • Restocked supplies, replacing trash liners, and soaps. • Transported trash and waste to appropriate disposal areas. • Responded to emergency cleaning requests to meet client expectations. • Notified building managers about needed repairs to maintain public safety. • Wiped down various surfaces using approved cleaning products to prevent growth of bacteria and viruses. • Sorted and disposed of recycling materials to keep common areas clean and organized. • Helped to train new staff. • Maintained the cleanliness of all break areas and restrooms.
