Mender field developed by drilling a total of 110 wells (60 oil producers, 42 water injectors, 4 water supply wells and 4 water disposal wells).
The facilities designed to produce and handle a sustainable production of 20 MBOPD, and a technical production of 24 MBOPD from reservoirs Thamama Zone-A, Thamama Zone-B and Lower Bab Mender.
Production from Mender reservoirs exported to Qusahwira facilities located some 40 km away to the west for further separation, processing & exporting to ASAB.
Each oil producer drilled and fitted with variable speed drive ESPs and tied to Multiport Selector Manifolds (MSM) located in three gathering stations (GS-1, GS-2 and CGS). The production from two gathering stations is transferred to the third one which is the central gathering station (CGS).
The export pipeline from the CGS will carry Mender production to Qusahwira facilities. Water injection required to maintain reservoir pressure in the LBM, Thamama A and Thamama B reservoirs achieved by installing initially 4 Water Injection Clusters (WIC), fitted with variable speed drive ESP (no surface pump) and pumping aquifer water to associated groups of injectors through dedicated pipeline network. Key Focus Areas
Responsible for the preparation of Project Quality Plan, ITP’s, Technical Work Instructions in accordance with contract specifications and company adopted quality management system
(QMS) requirements.
Ensure that all Project Quality Plans (PQP), Method Statements (MS), Inspection Test Plans (ITP), Material Approvals (MAR), Mix Designs and Prequalification’s are being progressed as planned.
Conducting internal and external daily site inspections of construction activities and materials in accordance with the approved drawings, method of statements and Project specifications
Interface and coordination with clients for continual improvements in the system by implementation of Specifications, QMS, preparing corrective and preventive actions, lessons learned etc.
Establish the internal audit plans, notifications for scheduled internal audits within organization and to the clients. Communicating corrective actions and outcomes to the process owners following internal audits.
Immediate response to external Non-Conformance Reports and issue Non-Conformance Reports wherever necessary and follow-up for close out. Monitor close-out of corrective actions in case of non- conformity while coordinating with the Project Site Engineers, Construction Manager, QA/QC Manager, and the Lab Technicians.
Liaise with the Technical Engineer / Material Engineer in preparation/review of Material submittals. Ensure all quality test results and reports are submitted to client on time and are in conformance with project requirements and international standards such as (ACI, ASTM, AASHTO and BS).
Accountable for the quality of every activity, precise knowledge of all aspects of engineering construction relating to Civil, Architectural, and Structural discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary processes.
Responsible for QA/QC documents of the complete project, including certificates, calibrations, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site observations, permanent material delivered, and important QA/QC documents.
Proactive approach to improve quality of work at site, minimize rework and demonstrate continual improvement.
Record and report that the necessary training systems of labor are being conducted together with safety and toolbox talks.
Liaise with Procurement Engineer and Third-party labs for all delivered material testing’s as per frequency testing plan & Authorities requirement
Conducting site walkdowns, Snagging’s and preparation of final handing over documentations upon the completion of the project. Core Skills
