I am Board Certifiable, completed 4.5 units of Clinical Pastoral Education (ACPE). A Masters of Divinity, in Psychology of Religion. As a clinician, I have continued to make paradigm shifts that meet the needs of humanity. I use current disciplines, research, and education to facilitate healing strategies in a Covid post-world crisis. My Spiritual Journey
Currently, I am employed as an On-Call Chaplain at the University of Illinois, Chicago Hospital. At this location, I serve with Pastoral presence for the total facility, EPIC Charting, Spirituality group facilitator for adults, and adolescents on the psyche ward and Death, dying ministry, and Advance directive advocate.
In a prior pastoral care assignment, I Demonstrated efficiency in a 1500 bed hospital. My clinical assignment area was neurology and infectious diseases. I had a 50-bed daily assignment with other Responsibilities' as, 24-hour on-call rotation. The clinical observation skills as Chaplain afforded doctors comprehensive charting of patients that resulted in referrals for further evaluations.
