Get Dress in full Cleanroom Gowns in the Gowning room, starting with a Hair Net, Hair Cover, Gloves, Remove Shoes, Put Cleanroom Gown on Fully Zipped, then Put Cleanroom Safety Shoes on and a Second set of Gloves. Cleaned out Pelican Shipment boxes with 99% ABV before starting given tasks for the day. Prepped N2 Bellows Leg by Installing the Bellow onto the N2 Leg with a Torque Driver. Prepped Elec Bellows Leg by Installing Bellow onto Elec Leg, and Prepped Vac Bellows Leg by Installing Vac Leg as well. Assembled Z Drives to be married to the Elec Leg I’d had to attach Elec Support Leg to Feed Through, Carefully and lightly marry the Z Drive to Support Leg. Remove Feed Through to Attach Air Lines to the Air Baring, Turn on Air Lines to lift safely, turn off while lifted install the u-clamp before putting into Pelican box. Take 6 pictures, Labels/Air Baring to make sure all serial numbers match up and bottom of Air Barings aren’t damaged/scratched. Once Leg is seated properly, remove fixture and Z Drive handle as well. Wind Down Coupling to bottom. Attach all Side Clamps to Leg. When Wrapping Motor Wrap Everything to the blue Bushing on cable, wrap bag around motor cable then zip tie securely. When seating Motor wires faced down, I kept the cables to the side hanging down Put on Feed Through Cover Lid (4) Screws. Round up cables, put in bag, zip tie cables with the plastic clamps the seat cables properly. Wrap Gear Box cables around put in small bag and zip tie as well. Modified Height Sheet Taped To Top. Mix Epoxy and apply to all (3) screws. Take (4) pictures label as well. Once Leg has been doubled checked for errors, fill out Iteration sheet; serial #, BID and pin height. Tape Inspection sheet to Feed Through Top Cover. Lastly take a photo of the entire leg to be vacuumed out and shipped. To assemble all the legs, I had to use multiple different tools, wrenches, Allen wrenches, torque wrenches, T-wrenches etc.

Prepped Cell Station to Start Workorder for the Day. Gathered all Necessary Tools Pertaining to What Incubator Needs to be Assembled. Followed All Steps from Blueprints and Schematics to Properly Assemble and Test for Proper Functionality. Basic Tools Were Used, Screwdriver, Nut Driver, Power Tools, Pnuematic Tools as Well. After Properly Assembled, wiped out and Clean Down, Incubators Needs a HyPot Test for 30 minutes To See If It Heats Up at the Calibrated Temperature. Assuming All Test Past, Then I Would Gather All Acessories That Goes with the Incubator for Packaging and Shipping.
