ACA Advisor (Affordable Care Act): Acosta Insurance Group

Chief designer and programmer for the internet based Agent Client Management System (1200+ AGENTS 230,000+ CLIENTS) and proprietary calculator dealing with the Affordable Care Act (ACA). System was developed entirely in Adobe ColdFusion.

Implemented data security protocols and encryption of sensitive client data across all data platforms.

Developed and programmed a proprietary calculator using the Federal Public use files allowing agents to quote clients on multiplicity of different policy variations available through the ACA including the California State Exchange.

Provide ongoing programmatic support for this project with the addition of ancillary policies and services.

Cavitation Energy Systems/Molecular Impact Energy

Designed the science and implemented the embedded electronic control systems to manage our proprietary energy technology: Cavitation Energy Engine and Molecular Impact Engine

Was a key research and developer in establishing the exothermic qualities of seawater in our impact superheat steam system, which produces steam without a boiler.

Lung Trainer: Acosta Insurance Group

Chief designer and programmer for the embedded ESP32 version of the Lung Trainer product which measures lung pressure, gas flow rate and gas volume and develops a suite of pulmonary measurements including capacity and volume analysis. The device supports hi-resolution graphics display and IOT (wifi) and bluetooth low energy (BLE) connectivity.

VS System: Brownies Marine Group

Chief designer and programmer for the Arduino (Atmel) version of the of the variable speed floating compressor system product. A battery operated marine hookah breathing system modeled after the gasoline powered Brownies Third Lung device. The control unit was in IGFET based design that used PWM to control a brushed 24V DC motor speed based on sensed system pressure. Concurrently assisted in the development of a version of the product for Latham Marine to create a steering velocity controlled marine power steering system.

Interinvestments Realty

Designed, developed and support a corporate extranet and intranet for the collection and dissemination of real estate leads for the company’s 360 sales agents. The intranet site manages agent’s sales, contacts, events, search and marketing tools.

Created and maintain an OLTP MLS database for South Florida real estate listings, sales and sales tracking.

Developed Business Intelligence models to analyze regional sales trends in selected communities based on demographic profiles.

Developed a data warehouse in star schema format to consolidate existing data from OLTP databases for use in sales force allocation analysis and decision support systems, and assisted in the development of interfaces to build and load Essbase reporting cubes from the data warehouse system.

Developed an OLTP Florida MLS database for foreclosed properties in South Florida and worked on a data warehouse to track pricing changes by locale.

Developed an Auction site to facilitate sales of excess developer inventory of luxury properties.
