PROFILE

I 'm a Process and Pipline Technician.with 2 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. I was a Process and Pipline technician reporting to the supervisor, base manager and country manager of Enermech Engineering Mozambique limited. I started my professional career at Enermech Engineering Mozambique limited, where I spent six months as an intern working on commissioning, pipeline dewatering work and high pressure leak testing, mechanical instrumentation and process control on the FLNG coral south project.

Process and pipline operations; Testing of nitrogen convertors; Carry out pressure testing of valves and ancillary equipment; Carry out overhauls on all different types of industrial valves in an efficient and safe manner; Carry out maintenance on testing and workshop equipment; Carry out inspections on valves; troubleshooting of problem valves during testing activities; identification and sizing of sealing kits; pressure leak testing operations; inspection and hydro testing of hoses; hose assembly”s; strip down blasting and replace gaskets/seals to esure a smooth operation. I was assistant to the base manager at Enermech Engineering Mozambique limited. During this time I worked as a manager at the hotel casuarinas in Inhambane-Mozambique, I was coordinator of the ENI scholarship at the industrial and commercial institute of Pemba-Mozambique

During my academic training in the gas sector, l have standard level about: Natural gas sweetening and fractionation processes, equipment and operations, in addition to sulphur production and recovery, using acid gases released in the sweetening process; In the methods, equipment and procedures involved in condensate stabilization, in addition to solid foundations in external and cryogenic refrigeration methods, as well as in Liquefied Natural Gas plant equipment, process and transport operations.

Operations and Process Control Instrumentation Process, focusing on monitoring the level, temperature, flow and high pressure of gas plants; In familiarization with plant separation equipment, gas dehydration methods, pumps, compressors and heat exchanger operations

Oil and Gas: I joined the Pre-commissioning team to gain first-hand experience pipeline and process operations when the pre pre-commissioning team mobilized to perform subsea pipeline dewatering and high- pressure leak testing work, with all the pre-mobilization trials completed at the EnerMech Base in Pemba.

Likewise, I had experience in the areas of Mechanical Maintenance, Process operations, Instrumentation, Control Maintenance and Electrical Maintenance

I was bureau VERITAS assistant in offshore container testing, inspection and certification

I worked on demobilization of Enermech Engineering equipment used offshore in the pre-commissioning of the Flng coral south project, working on demobilization dossiers,

operations readiness, port scale management plans and onshore coordination/supervision activities.

I assisted TechnipFMC in the demobilization phase of Enermech's equipment that came from offshore in the Flng coral south project.
