Planned, directed, and supervised health services for specialized patients throughout the Baton Rouge-Capitol Region. Vonnieab’s, Inc is a private healthcare agency who provides community care services to consumers under the governing of the Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals. Agency also held multiple contracts with various government and private provider agency's to ensure quality home, community, and Center Based Respite Care services to its aforementioned clientele. Managed organization’s $7.86m budget/operating revenue supervised all management and a staff of 120 plus health care professionals, and forged critical relationships with all vested parties including the Capitol Area Human Service District—Developmental Disabilities Section, Department of Children & Family Services, local school systems, and other intermediaries. Developed internal measurements and controls implemented throughout entire organization including subsidiaries and affiliates for Medicaid and Department of Health & Hospitals internal compliance.

•Expanded services from 3 programs in one region offered with 47 consumers to 11 programs offered that serves 236 consumers with 4 regions/parishes/county's within the state of Louisiana.

Responsible for the development and implementation of public relations/marketing programs, promotions, and internal/external communications while serving as a liaison between public and professional referral sources to a constituency of support for the company and facilitate the company's ability to meet the physical, mental, and behavioral health needs of the community. Also responsible for the management of a team of community liaisons employed by the agency that serve to extend the reach of the company/facility geographically.in drastic decreases of turnaround and higher daily productivity.
