*Created System Life Cycle for entire company. Ensured completion of all projects with 99% accuracy. Managed, using Agile and Waterfall methodology, all internal and external software development, business analysis, internal and external web development, EDI, B2B, project management, eCommerce, HR Packages (payroll, benefits, and timekeeping), all JDE financial packages, Business Intelligence solutions (Data Warehouse and cubes), Quality Assurance, Testing, partnered with R&D to ensure the current technology and systems would be adequate to support R&D activities, and developed/conducted training/write SOPs for KV and their three (3) subsidiaries.

Ther-Rx – Responsible for originally implementing, migrating date, and then bringing Siebel CRM system in-house, saving $1.5M in outsourcing fees.

oAssembled/managed cross-functional team using PMI methodologies to migrate system in-house within 4.5 months.

oEnsured 100% FDA compliance.

Wyeth/BioPharmaceuticals – Senior Program Manager - NOV 2001 – AUG 2003

Managed $3M multi-year site wide GxPharma/Documentum regulatory implementation for Standard Operating Procedure development. Expanded to other Wyeth BioPharma sites. Responsible for all project deliverables, timeframes/deadlines, budgets, subcontractor negotiations, and FDA compliance. Created and delivered training for SOP’s upon passing an Intensive Adult Certification class.

St. Louis Bio-Pharma Plant – Wrote user requirements, functional requirements, Validation deliverables (Installation Qualifications, Operational Qualifications, Performance Qualifications), managed the implementation team, release management, and testing for the St. Louis implementation of GxPharma both hardware and software using Agile.

oDesigned and implemented new business processes to support the new Standard Operating Process System.

oDelivered the first working prototype of the latest integrated version of GxPharma.

Produced $1M profit on sales/support in Midwest for cradle to grave, third-party solutions/consulting subsidiary of Xerox. Managed full product lifecycle, solutions, and integration with standard third-party solutions using Agile and Waterfall methodology. Designed/developed COTS final products including release management. Collaborated to develop/support escalation plan. Negotiated SLA’s, pricing, service fees, field and customer training, and advertising collaterals. Responsible for business analysis, business process redesign, and ROI for internal/external clients. Developed, managed, and responded to RFPs for IT HW, SW, onshore and offshore support. Blue Cross Blue Shield – Was one of four individuals who were on a tiger team that developed a complete integrated solution for that included from the point-of-sale to a client to sending out explanation of benefits. Wrote the user requirements, created integrated document management, team developed database, created an integrated publishing solution, created the new business process, and developed the printing solution.

o$6 million sales generated to 5 BCBS states for developed solutions.

oGenerated solutions resulting in the creation of a new COTS spin-off product.

Burlington Northern Railroad – Worked as a business analyst/solution integrator to develop a solution using Xerox standard products, a bubble reader scanner, and an IBM mainframe. Custom solution was designed to read test scores of the employees to see if they could continue in their job of running or scheduling the trains.

oImplemented solution came in on time and under budget.

oTest results were uploaded correctly to the mainframe, pass or fail results became immediate, and re-testing was set up immediately which allowed employees to get back on the job faster.
