Job Responsibilities:

1. Man the desk and welcome guests and customers to the project, assist the customer on site with basic queries and take them for the site visit.

2. Generate leads.

3. Receive telephonic inquiries for the project and answer as per standard SOP’s. Manage the website and provide response to queries on social media. 4. Follow up with customers regarding their purchase plans, keep them engaged positively to ensure a sale.

5. Assist in commercial negotiations with the client. Detail the payment schedule and communicate the same once a customer is close to formalizing the engagement process with us. 6. Sales presentation.

7. Prepare Sales MIS. Customer feedback data and any other data point as required time to time. Computer Proficiency:
