Close sale by overcoming customer objections as Opportunities to Educate and Satisfy the needs of that customer, primarily by showing the actual benefit of features, as opposed to simply confirming that these features are present. Complete sales contracts; explain provisions; offer services and Add-On products such as warranties, Gap Ins., and financing; Collect payment and Execute Vehicle Delivery in a prompt and timely fashion. Update knowledge by participating in educational opportunities given from manufacturer, attending seminars and reading professional publications regularly. Explore new opportunities in order to add value tro job accomplishments. Figure out customer's needs by pre-qualification proccess of asking questions and LISTENING to those answers, followed by performing detailed Walk Around of with new and old customers detailing with open doors and compartments ending with customer in the drivers seat prepared to see first hand the benefits of included features. Effectively closing the sale before going to the sales desk.

Ensure customer's understand the all paperwork and waranty information line by line. Establish and Maintain a follow up system, which encourages repeat business, as customer retention is key to long term success both for the dealership and myself. This follow up should also generate referrals multiple times from each sold customer. Participate in Sales Meetingsand training provided by the dealership and manufacturer.
