Assignments:
Check and review of Project documents such as; drawings, specifications, calculations, shop drawings, method statements, Request for inspection (RFI’S) and materials submittals, in addition, supervision of site activities to ensure conformance to project specifications and requirements.
Develop structural engineering solutions to successfully complete the project on time and to agreed budget,
Monitor contractor’s quality control activities regarding civil works, attend progress and technical meetings with contractors.
Coordinate design/technical information with other disciplines and ensure compliance of design with all applicable codes and regulations
Follow up with contractors for proper closure of related discipline’s NCR by evaluating the proposed solution and monitor implementation at the site.
Lead, direct and monitor the performance of all staff under my charge.
Advise and assist the contractor on construction procedures.
