Job responsibilities:
Assist in the processing the recruitment of company employees
Monitor and keep records of employee’s attendance, vacations, training, medical care, social welfare and others
Prepare and follow-up all official correspondence
Prepare and follow-up all legal requirements for employees including clearances, residences, permits, and others
Follow-up on legal clearances, permits and accommodation needed for all new employees joining the company
