Ltd.-Bangalore, HP Green R&D Centre-Bangalore, SABIC-Bangalore Project Description: The project dealt with thecomplete Design &Program Development, Erection and Commissioning for Gas Leak Detection system ensuring safety in Various LAB’s & Research areas. Siemens S7-1200 along with Movicon SCADA depicting complete plant MIMIC with different features wise generation of various alarms, logging of complete process, alarm settings, historical and real-time trends display and reports generation. PLC program developed on Siemens 1200, which was used to capture data from number of gas leak detectors located at different locations and to generate the appropriate alarms accordingly.

Title: Automatic Changeover Gas Cabinet

Ex-OR HMI along with Wonderware Intouch SCADA displaying complete plant MIMIC with different features like alarm generation, process values, trends, IO status, data logging & respective shutdowns as per CE matrix.
