ROLES & RESPOSIBITITIES

Coordinates and maintains documentation for the project and the co- ordination drawings, shop drawings and As-built drawings Preparation.

Get base drawings and inputs from the consultant of the respective project.

Maintain and distribute project plans.

Maintain/update project records.

Assist the Project Manager/Superintendent in creating and distributing the project schedule of drawing submission to client.

Understand Project plans and Specifications.

Study material Specifications through Technical Data sheet/Tender documents to prepare shop drawings.

Prepare and execute engineering BOQ to order materials for the all projects.

Responsible for understanding project plans and answering field personnel questions.

Understands project related design standards and Technical specifications.

Discuss with project team to execute the drawing as per site condition.

Contact with client to get approval for shop drawing.

Creating project related documents with team to close out the project.
