Consumer monthly installments effective tracking for the personal loans became difficult using the salesforce CRM when the customer base increased to 7.5 million. To effectively track and treat customers based on their payment behavior Experian power curve collections analytics tool is introduced to the payment cycle. Collaborated with operations team monthly to develop and execute payment cycle strategy for monthly customer loan payback, resulting in increased Month on Month loan payback. Built Tableau dashboard based on application to track employee performance, saving at least 5 man-days per month. Coordinated with Experian third party team to develop and deploy phone application for on-field employees, addressing major problems faced by the operations team in tracking employee performance. Led team of third-party vendors to successfully migrate data from Oracle database to Redshift data warehouse.
