I received and processed orders, proactively identify opportunities to improve our service and make recommendations accordingly. I was responsible for resolving product availability and order status issues and performing all related administrative duties related to the post-sale coordination for commercial HVAC product delivery. I used many different platforms to perform these duties including a CRM system, different ordering systems, excel and sharepoint.

Manage the daily workflow to optimize case turnaround time.
Supervision and management of the Radiologists workflow as well as the Radiologist Assistants workflow.

Participate in any new workflow released, work closely with development teams, and provide feedback during testing and after initial release.
Responsible for coordinating the set-up of image transmission, installing any necessary software, coordinating, and managing HL7 projects, testing the HL7 interfaces, completing site configuration in the RIS, site staff training on the web-based portal, and testing and resolving all potential fail points before the scheduled Go Live Date.
