•Issues password reset, PRC codes, troubleshoots login issues such as Portal Access, Java and Browsers, examples: Chrome, Edge and Internet Explorer for administrator and self-service users.

•Primary point of contact for EV5 inbox, this is an Outlook accounts that is designed to received inquiries from all Opcos with issues related to Payroll, HR, Benefits, from this account we either take proper action to resolve the issue or redirect and reach out to the proper department or third-party vendor for a resolution. •In 2022 WPP acquired/migrated 15 pay groups in Canada from ADP Pay@work to ADP WFN, this year in 2023 WPP acquired 3 additional pay groups and we are in the middle of migrating them into ADP WFN for which I am the main point of contact, for integration, roll out, liaison between ADP and the new pay groups, Providing security access to new Admin and Practitioners.

•WPP Canada migrated from the existing benefits plan to totally new set up for 125 Cafeteria plan under Canada Life for all pay groups with a go live effective date of May 2023. •Year End Support through ADP WorkForceNow & Time and Attendance set up training and first-time payroll cycle processing for NA and Multi-State employees through an extensive knowledge of ADP WorkForceNow.
