Vice President Finance and Accounting

A startup company in the commercial EV space with patented technology to enable companies with fleets in class 4-7 commercial vehicle space to convert to clean energy electric vehicles.

Responsible for all finance, accounting, and IT.

Developed the annual operating budget and three-year strategic business plan for the organization.

Supported fund raising efforts to raise $80 million in A-Series funding.

Led efforts to achieve ISO 9001 and 14001 certifications for SEA Electric US operations.

Ricardo 2017 – 2019

A Chinese automotive, joint venture, manufacturing company headquartered in Shanghai whose principal activity is the design, development, production, and sale of passenger internal combustion and electric cars.

Vice President Strategic Planning and Business Development 2015 – 2015

Appointed by the CEO to a key strategy position to support Joint Venture restructuring and cooperation efforts.

Developed a corporate restructuring plan which enabled the company to reduce costs and maintain operations within a difficult cash flow situation; this resulted in a projected annual fixed cost savings of $200M.

Vice President Finance - Tower Asia – Sales $500 M and 1,000 employees 2006 – 2013

Appointed to this key regional finance position with responsibility for financial analysis, accounting, tax, treasury, internal controls, and employee development for wholly owned operations in Korea and three joint ventures in China.
