Engage in the interactive process with employees; counsel and interact with employees returning to work, supervisors, management control agency representatives, physicians, State Fund adjusters, and other involved in resolving return to work issues. Process employee Request for Reasonable Accommodations, Limited Light Duty Assignments and employee Request for Ergonomic Evaluations.
