For 16 years, I conceived, directed, and choreographed MGM’s New Year’s Gala at the MGM Grand for our VIP Casino Marketing guests. The 3 hour event required booking top name talent such as: Jordan Sparks, Boyz II Men, Earth Wind and Fire, Kool and the Gang, Sara Brightman, The Four Tops, The Temptations, and The Pointer Sisters to name a few.

Inspiring Our World – Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer

In December of 2012, I co-conceived, directed, and choreographed Inspiring Our World (IOW) for MGM Resorts International. Gaining national recognition, IOW was a unique 1 hour experience that incorporated key concepts of MGM’s mission, vision, and values; diversity and inclusion; philanthropy and environmental sustainability as elements of our corporate responsibility platform. IOW was created as a musical journey through the lives of MGM employees. The cast consisted of 70 employees of MGM Resorts International and was performed over a three-day period to over 54,000 MGM employees. The inspiring message traveled to our sister properties in Detroit, Biloxi, and Reno. Inspiring Our World has received the following awards:

For 3 years, I conceptualized, created a theme, produced the show flow/time-line, and produced a business attire fashion show, with attire provided by Dillard’s, using our MGM employees and provided entertainment for the Women’s Leadership Conference in Southern Nevada. National Finals Rodeo (NFR) at the MGM Grand – Producer/Choreographer

Over the course of 4 years, I produced the 10-day National Finals Rodeo (NFR) event at the MGM Grand Hotel. NFR has become one of Las Vegas’ Largest produced events. With two stages at MGM Grand: one for name country acts and one for Bailey’s hats stage production (which featured Relentless, a hat line created for the World Champion Trever Brazile).
