I am looking to advance to an Assistant Project Manager position within the construction industry utilizing my experience, training, and education to their full potential. I am highly motivated with a background in administrative support and project coordination. My experience covers the span of a project from the procurement phase through the closeout and warranty phases in fiscal, organization, and project management capacities. I am a team player and capable of multitasking as well as prioritizing daily tasks to support multiple projects simultaneously. I am authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer. WORK EXPERIENCE

Controlled Air, Inc – Branford, CT – September 2021 – August 2023 (Full Time) As their Project Coordinator, my responsibilities included the following:

Provide administrative support to six project managers by juggling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Develop and oversee purchasing calendar to ensure materials are ordered and received per the Vendors estimated ship dates; effectively communicate timeline changes and new information to contractors, PM’s and customers. Resolve any issues that arise.

Maintain project documents in Timelinx Software Program (permits, submittals, RFI’s, change orders).

Responsible for all submittals: Internal review by CAI Engineering Department if a Design Build Project or external review for the GC or CM. (Procore, I-Build, O&G Sharefile, eSUB, etc.)

Manage all Purchase Orders in Sage 100 - Ensure all PO’s are closed out by running a monthly PO Log. Investigate all PO’s with a remaining balance to ensure it zeros out.

Maintain Weekly Labor Forecast for all Departments on Teams and distribute accordingly.

Distribute Labor & Revenue Forecasts to Project Manager’s in the beginning of each month. Upon receipt of the updates from PM combine, upload changes and distribute reports to all Department Heads.

Assist with Monthly Billing – review all PM billing reports to ensure all scheduled material and Subcontractor work was captured.

Send all subcontractors a billing reminder each month to submit billing for each open PO issued by CAI.

Scan all packing slips daily; forward to PM or Service Department; update Estimated Ship Date calendar.

Initiate the first step of the RMA process at the end of the project to ensure unused material is returned.

Prepare Closeout Documents (Warranties, O&M’s, As-Built Drawings)

Massey’s Plate Glass & Aluminum, Inc. – Branford, CT – June 2016 - September 2021 (Full Time) As their Pre-Construction Coordinator, my responsibilities included the following:

Provide administrative support to the project manager and safety manager,

Review specifications with Project Manager to create submittal log in eSUB Software Program,

Gather information to submit information per outline in specifications according to approved manufacturers outlined in specifications,

Submit complete submittal package to Prime Contractor or Construction Manager for Architect/Engineer approval. Respond to any clarification requests by reviewer until material approvals are received,

Create field support files including printed approved Submittals and Shop Drawings for Fabrication,

Prepare Closeout Documents consisting of as built drawings, maintenance manuals, and warranties,

Typically provided support for more than 15 Project Managers managing more than 20+ projects simultaneously, and
