My personal and professional business mantra has always been, ‘build the relationship and the business will follow’. I am an experienced international manager of small teams of up to 55 staff as well as a team of 21 in a National role and consider myself to be a ‘lead from the front’, passionate servant leadership focused leader. Executive Director Saskatchewan responsible for all aspects of the Skills Canada Saskatchewan operations; bylaws, procedures, policies, and best practices to advance the organizational mission. Responsible for performance of all staff members. Work with board of director and multiple volunteer committees. Seek monetary and in-kind funding. Serve as the liaison to allied organizations. Manage day to day operations and programming, outreach initiatives, social media, and website updates. Act as public spokesperson for the organization. Manage organizational financial records as well as submit and prepare reporting for funding partners and sponsors.

Support national company as required, with management and on-site leadership.

Elite Property Management Property Manger 2019 – 2021

Senior condominium property manager, currently responsible for ongoing maintenance and daily operational requirements of assigned properties and over 600 doors. Administer full financial accountability meeting legislative requirements and governance support for each property Condominium Board. Support entire company as required, with insurance claim management and on call rotations.

CSR Hebel NSW Residential Technical Sales 2017-2019

Residential Business Development Manager for NSW, promoting AAC concrete building products to residential building companies and supporting technical sales to architects and installation specialists. Provided technical information during construction process to install teams as well as sourcing and tendering new business opportunities in NSW.

First On Site District General Manger 2012-2017

Manage multiple staff and daily operations, full financial responsibility and relationship responsibility with key industry stakeholders. Managed daily operations, safety management and testing with regional initial first contact duties. Self-managed diary and selling and promotion of organization services and full product range to industry suppliers and installers.

Australian Institute of Building Surveyors Chief Executive Officer 2006-2012

Chief Executive Officer for national professional association representing 2500 building surveying professionals from private and public service in Australia.
