I am an experienced international manager of small teams of up to 55 staff as well as a team of 21 in a National role and consider myself to be a ‘lead from the front’, passionate servant leadership focused leader. Responsible for performance of all staff members. Work with board of director and multiple volunteer committees. Seek monetary and in-kind funding. Serve as the liaison to allied organizations. Manage day to day operations and programming, outreach initiatives, social media, and website updates. Act as public spokesperson for the organization. Administer full financial accountability meeting legislative requirements and governance support for each property Condominium Board. Support entire company as required, with insurance claim management and on call rotations.
CSR Hebel NSW Residential Technical Sales 2017-2019
Residential Business Development Manager for NSW, promoting AAC concrete building products to residential building companies and supporting technical sales to architects and installation specialists. Provided technical information during construction process to install teams as well as sourcing and tendering new business opportunities in NSW.

Chief Executive Officer for national professional association representing 2500 building surveying professionals from private and public service in Australia.
