Manager - Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance – VAFB 8-2013 to Jan-2016

Responsible for leading a team of quality professionals (Engineers and Inspectors) developing and deploying the overall safety, quality, and mission assurance strategy on the Ground Based Mid-Course Defense Programs. Focus was on product integration, test, and deployment of a missile defense system at two prime locations. Deployed Mission Assurance Assessments internally and across the supply chain to ensure operational readiness. Overall product objective was the exo-atmospheric interception of incoming ballistic missiles. Senior Manager Internal Governance and Compliance - BDS Corporate Audit 8-2010 to 8-2013

Responsible establishing an internal governance and audit structure to assure compliance to industry, regulatory, and business systems requirements.
