Production Ordering Planning and Scheduling deals with complete lifecycle of a vehicle starting from forecast orders to start of production of a vehicle to a vehicle being completely produced with all added features or extra add-ons. Applications covering major business are Vehicle Management system, Slotting and Sequencing, Stamping Inventory Management systems, Inventory Control and Cross dock.

Supply Chain Management deals with complete flow of raw materials and parts between business and location and includes the movement of raw materials and parts from supplier and warehouse/plant. Applications covering major business are Nissan Logistics System, Warehouse management system, Container management System, Supplier Capacity tracking and Supplier Portal.

Responsibility

Requirements Gathering and Analysis, Work with the Business Analysts to prepare functional specification during the project requirements stage. Direct the offshore team for documentation of functional requirements for client submission and approvals.

Performed GAP Analysis to thoroughly understand and document AS-IS process flow and to determine the TO-BE process flow by considering all the Functional and Non-Functional requirements for the future system and conducted IMPACT analysis to capture the effects that the implementation of the new system.
