My scope of work from TCS side is to fit ARIBA as per PSEG complex procurement business process for better optimization and design efficient tools to transfer master data from SAP to ARIBA, it also includes overall bidirectional data transfer in between the two system (SAP and ARIBA). • Removing “#” character from invoice number field in ARIBA to support better duplicate check functionality
• Enhancement of duplicate check functionality for PO and Non-PO invoice pay by OK2PAY program.
• Matching the data parameter in between ARIBA and SAP for smooth data transfer in between two systems.
• Enhancement of reconciliation process in between ARIBA and SAP invoice payment for changing the status from paying to paid.
• Process enhancement of invoice split by quantity and split by % functionality.
• Process change in service PO and various enhancement in case of unknown account assignment category PO.
• Resolve decimal point issues in ARIBA and SAP for split functionality.
• Stabilization of Discount PRO functionality.
• Resolve ghost card payment issues for Non-PO process.
