•Asset Management - Evaluating Collateral for FMV, OLV, and FLV; then confirming UCC filings or Title. Working with secondary markets and auction houses to liquidate equipment.

•Determining what the next appropriate action to take is for a distressed Asset: including assignment and assumption, asset sale, litigation, or repossession. Early identification of troubled assets to maximize liquidation values by either recovery/liquidation or sale to third parties.

•Consultation with Attorney when all other attempts for voluntary resolution have failed. Preparation of legal file including UCC filing, Secretary of State confirmation, and Notice of Sale.

•Achievements: All goals and objectives met or exceeded including individual cure rates, modification program success, and debt restructures creating a perfect client experience.

•Certification of Bank Secrecy Act, AML, KYC, UFO filings, and Knowledge of Bankruptcy Laws.
